Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy
Also known as KAP is a type of therapy that integrates a dissociative medication with psychotherapy for healing that is immediate and transformative.
KAP treatment occurs in a manner of KAP sessions that are generally 2 hours in length with a separate 1 hour integration session between ketamine treatments.
How Does Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy Work?
The first step is a 20 minute free virtual consultation with me regarding your interest in KAP.
Once we decide to work together, we will schedule a regular 55 min intake appointment ($175).
I will assist you with scheduling an initial medical evaluation with Illumma.
They will go over your medical and psychiatric history with you, provide education on the treatment and, determine if you are eligible for KAP.
If Illumma's medical team determines that you are eligible for KAP, they will develop a personalized Ketamine prescription and outcome monitoring plan for you.
● Angela and Illumma will collaborate on your personalized KAP treatment.
Angela provides the psychotherapy at Illumma with Illumma medical staff.
In between your KAP infusions at Illumma, you will meet with Angela for 55min-90 min Integration sessions.
Not everyone meets the diagnostic criteria for a ketamine prescription. If you do not, we can still work together in non-ketamine assisted ongoing psychotherapy.

Welcome to A New perspective
"The time will come
when, with elation,
you will greet yourself arriving
at your own door, in your own mirror,
and each will smile at the other’s welcome,
and say, sit here. Eat.
You will love again the stranger who was your self." LOVE AFTER LOVE

Reaching out to a therapist is easy!
"Negative emotions, such as anger and fear, narrow our focus, while positive emotion expands the range of our thoughts and creates the urge to play and experiment."
